Cockroach Control
Professional treatment to manage and eliminate cockroach infestations in homes and businesses. This treatment targets common cockroach species at all life stages, including eggs, nymphs, and adults. Treatments focus on kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wall voids, cracks, and crevices where cockroaches commonly hide and breed. Professional-grade products are used to provide effective knockdown and long-lasting control.

Important Safety Note
In most cockroach treatments involving baiting and crack-and-crevice dusting, people and pets may remain on the property. If an internal spray treatment is required, all occupants and pets must leave the property and remain out until treated surfaces are fully dry, usually 2–4 hours. Food items, utensils, and exposed surfaces should be covered or removed prior to treatment.
Follow-up treatments may be recommended based on the type of cockroach present, the severity of the infestation, and how quickly activity reduces after the initial treatment. This is especially important for fast-breeding species such as German cockroaches.

Species-Based Treatment Notes
German cockroach
German cockroach infestations are more challenging to control due to their rapid breeding cycle and indoor harbourage behaviour. A follow-up baiting treatment 10–14 days after the initial service is often required to target newly hatched nymphs and achieve complete control. Follow-up pricing applies as listed above.
Large Cockroach Species (Australian, American, Smoky Brown, Oriental)
These species commonly harbour in roof voids and sub-floor areas. Roof void and sub-floor dusting is strongly recommended to achieve long-term control and help prevent reinfestation.
(If any of these cockroach species are identified, roof void and/or sub-floor treatment may be required to achieve the best outcome)
